In amongst our remodeling… we had some major excitement…there has been a lot of forest around us cut down by new logging companies and so the poor animals are being displaced, and there have been a lot of bears around lately and we had a big male in our yard recently, and also a momma bear and 2 cubs.
Well, Daize, our rescue boxer that we adopted… well, she loves us soo much and we love her, she is such a little monkey and has a sassy personality.. she had become protective of us and Daniel was walking out our front steps with the dogs to take them out for a walk and Daize, the 8 year old rescue boxer went out on our front porch and down the steps and there was a bear there. Neela our 3 year old boxer saw it and dissapeared, and as Daniel was right behind Daize she started barking at it and it attacked her ( in defense ) and grabbed her and daniel was yelling for the bear to let go.
